When you combine the super sharp 4" stainless steel cutting wheel and heavy cutter frame with your hand turned cutter handle, you’ll find cutting even the thickest crust easy with a minimal amount of effort.

Making an Artisan® Premium Pizza Cutter is simple. Drill and tap the end of the handle blank, turn and finish the handle between centers, thread the finished handle onto the threaded pizza cutter shaft and you’re ready to go. For washing or refinishing, just unscrew the handle and reattach when done.
